Fidelity Virtual Event

Amidst the constraints brought on by the global pandemic, Fidelity faced the challenge of reimagining their physical events and translating them into an engaging virtual platform with an equivalent level of interaction. Our role encompassed crafting every facet of the event, ranging from videos and animations to curating the user experience of the platform itself. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and immersive virtual event that retained the essence of engagement and interactivity synonymous with their physical gatherings.

The entire stage was meticulously crafted in a virtual realm using Unreal Engine, providing us with dynamic camera frames and the ability to foster real-time, meaningful interactions. Through the virtual stage's dimensions, we aimed to offer the audience an experience akin to being in a physical auditorium, fostering a sense of belonging to something exceptional and exclusive. This innovative approach not only replicated the essence of a real-life setting but also facilitated a unique and immersive experience for the attendees.

We conceptualized and crafted a collection of animations and transitions aimed at maintaining dynamism throughout the lengthy show, aiding the audience in following the proceedings seamlessly. Leveraging a refined and sophisticated 3D visual language, we instilled a broadcast-like persona, enhancing the immersive and engaging nature of the experience. This polished visual approach not only added flair but also ensured an immersive viewing experience, captivating the audience's attention throughout the event.

The interface was strategically designed to prioritize live content and foster seamless interactions between speakers and attendees. A secondary interface was crafted to empower individuals to actively engage with the show and offer real-time feedback. We incorporated features such as polls, graphics, chat functionalities, and networking activities, all aimed at cultivating an interactive and engaging experience for our audience, encouraging participation and interaction throughout the event.
